GENERAL:

In case it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days of learning about it. Within 14 days, the total amount must be refunded to the Buyer.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price of the product or cancels it in the bank records, the Seller may block the buyer's access to the product and cancel the product.

SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer is fraudulently used by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered and the sales price of the product is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer's access to the product will be blocked within 3 days, and the product will be canceled.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED WITH UNFORESEEN REASONS:

If unforeseen force majeure occurs for the Seller, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The BUYER; may withdraw from the contract without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased to him or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products prepared according to the consumer's request or explicitly for the person cannot be returned, innerwear bottom parts, swimsuit and bikini bottoms, makeup materials, disposable products, goods with a risk of rapid deterioration or expiration date, unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons when the packaging is opened after delivery by the BUYER, mixed with other products after delivery and inherently impossible to separate, except those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, Electronic services or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, are not subject to the return right according to the Regulation. In addition, the return of electronic items, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, opened by the BUYER, is not possible according to the Regulation. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for services that start with the approval of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period as required by the Regulation.
Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and tapes, as well as stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can be returned only if their packaging is unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF DEFAULT:

In case the BUYER defaults on payment transactions made by credit card, the BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he/she will pay interest to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement concluded with the bank, and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; it may demand the expenses and attorney's fees incurred and incurred by the BUYER, and in any case, the BUYER agrees to pay the damages and losses incurred by the SELLER due to the delay in the performance of the debt by the BUYER.
